Everyone has stress from time to time, and in small doses, it can actually be helpful. keeping you alert and focused, like when you’re meeting a big deadline at work. The stress response can boost your energy and keep you awake to perform at your best.
But, when stress sticks around without any breaks, it can start to wear you down and lead to burnout, affecting your overall well-being.​
