About Me

Ahuva Faraji Mountain View Therapist

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (License #53682) and a former college professor with a deep commitment to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges. With expertise in depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, anger management, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions, I bring both knowledge and compassion to my work.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University and have gained extensive experience in a variety of clinical settings. This has allowed me to work effectively with individuals from diverse age groups, cultural backgrounds, and sexual orientations.

Beyond one-on-one and couples therapy, I have led skill-based classes at Kaiser Permanente, teaching strategies to manage depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, anger, and communication difficulties. As a certified QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention gatekeeper, I also provide community training to raise awareness and promote mental health support.

My passion is guiding people toward growth, healing, and the confidence to reach their fullest potential.
