Depression

Depression is a common mental health issue that affects how you feel, think, act, and see the world. It’s more than just regular ups and downs or feeling a bit off about your daily life.

With depression, you might feel a constant sense of emptiness, sadness, or struggle to feel any joy, often without a clear reason. It can negatively affect your sleep and appetite, too. You might think very low about yourself, have thoughts about dying, or feel hopeless. Feeling tired and having trouble focusing are also common.​

How I can help 

The good news is that depression can be treated and overcome. I offer a supportive environment to help people work through these challenges and set healthy boundaries. My goal is to help my clients find purpose so they can feel more confident and satisfied, both at work and in their personal lives.
