Grief
Grief is a natural response to losing someone or something important to you. It’s that deep emotional pain you feel when a loved one or something meaningful is gone. The intensity of grief can be overwhelming, and you might feel a range of emotions: shock, anger, disbelief, guilt, or profound sadness.

It’s common for grief to affect your physical health too, making it hard to sleep, eat, or even think clearly. There are also the social/behavioral effects of grief. You may feel detached, and prefer not to take part in your usual activities and interests.

Grieving is a personal process, and there’s no right or wrong way to feel during this time.
